A - PAYMENT WITH ORDER
THE PLACING OF AN ORDER AND/OR ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS IMPLIES AGREEMENT
CLAIMS: 1)Claims for non-delivery must be made to us in writing within 14 days from the date of invoice.
2)Claims for shortage or damage must be made to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt of goods
RETURN OF GOODS: Any goods which have been supplied in accordance with customer's order but which are subsequently returned, will only be credited provided that:
  (1) our written agreement has been obtained.
(2) the amount credited shall be at least 10% less than the value at which the goods were invoiced.
GENERAL:

These conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated as conditions of any order or contract placed or accepted by the company unless varied in writing. The Company is Securon (Amersham) Ltd.

  No agent or dealer appointed to sell goods on our behalf is authorised to transact business which gives any warranty, representation or liability on our behalf.
  The Company reserve the right to alter designs and constructional details without giving notice. Goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling on date of despatch. The Company retains all rights to products, designs and literature.
TAX: ie VAT will be charged at the applicable rate(s).

B - TRADE & CREDIT ACCOUNTS

THE PLACING OF AN ORDER AND/OR ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS IMPLIES AGREEMENT

PRICES:
Retail prices are subject to the usual Trade discounts.
Nett prices are not subject to discount.
CARRIAGE &
SMALL ORDERS:
1) Orders including: (a) 20 Seat Belts in Trading Units or (b) 400 of product are carriage paid to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Other orders incur a 10.00 charge.
2) Costs incurred in fixed time deliveries (Booking In) will be charged extra, quarterly in arrears.
COLOURS: Seat Belts are normally made in Black. The nett prices for Coloured Belts (Blue, Red, Beige & Grey Webbing) are 8 more than Black Belts. These distinctive coloured belts are only available from Securon.
PAYMENT TERMS: Strictly nett monthly: i.e. January invoices to be paid by the end of February. A charge of 2% per month will be made for late payment (27% APR approx.)

  The title to the goods covered by the Company's invoice will remain with the Company until those goods have been paid for in full. Additionally the title will remain with the company until full payment has been received for all goods whatsoever supplied.
Until payment is made in full the Buyer shall hold the goods at his risk in trust for the Company. Any proceeds resulting from the sale of goods by the Buyer prior to payment in full will be held separately in trust for the Company, identifiable as the property of the Company.
  The buyer agrees to give the Company 14 days notice before applying to the Court for the appointment of an administrator. The Buyer will not be entitled to remain in possession of the goods from the date of notice, and the appointment of the administrator without giving notice shall be deemed to be a fundamental breach of contract.
 

In the event of non payment by the buyer on the due date the Company, in addition to all other rights, may without notice recover possession of their goods and the Buyer grants to the Company irrevocable licence to enter for that purpose any premises then occupied by the buyer or on which the goods are stored.

TAX:

ie VAT will be charged at the applicable rate(s).
