Securon, a world leader in Seat Belt Safety, is launching a new "Compact" buckle, specifically for the coach and minibus industries, to complement its unique Twin Release Buckle.

The new buckle is small, light and unobtrusive. This complements coach seating and interior designs, without compromising compliance with European Standards.

The new "Compact" buckle is compatible with Securon's existing seat belts and incorporates the tough and tamper resistant features already implemented by the company.

Securon the UK's leading independent seat belt manufacturer, has struck a deal to supply Marcopolo the world's largest coach manufacturer - with coloured seat belts.

Securon will supply Marcopolo's European manufacturing facility in Portugal. The new belts include not just coloured webbing, but also the on-show plastic mountings.

Securon's coloured seat belts are available in blue, red, grey and beige and were designed especially for the coach and minibus marketplace. They comply with all European legislation and, like all Securon products, have been tested and certified both internally and independently.

The belts include Securon's unique twin release buckle, which has a release button on both the top and the side. This ensures that, even if a passenger is panicking in an emergency, they connect with a release button first time - no matter which type of single release button they may have become "habitualised" to.
