A = 3 or 4 Point, B = 2 Point, S = Special (ie Harness)
r = Retractor, with suffix for type of retractor
                                       1 = NLR Non Locking Retractor
                                       2 = MLR Manual Locking Retractor
                                       3 = ALR Automatic Locking Retractor
                                       4 = ELR Emergency Locking Retractor
N = Retractor, lower lock threshold
m = Multi-Sensitive. ie Sensors which lock with
                                       a) vehicle deceleration
                                   & b) webbing acceleration
